A trip to the past by way of my old portfolio. I hope that you like it. I did most of this when I was living with my parents in the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey, U.S.A., from 1977 to 1985. Model from a German Silkience shampoo ad in Burda magazine 19. Heart-shaped kissing, from a Counterparts missy bottoms pants ad * I remember my Seton Hall Prep Art teacher Randy Schweitzer. A big hug, by the way, to all my fellow students from the Class of '84, to Monsignor Kelly and to all the fine teachers we had. * The model in a yellow dress unintentionally came out resembling Monaco's Princess Caroline * A fond remembrance of the comics-magazines I loved: Epic, Heavy Metal, Creepy, Vampirella, Rambla, The Savage Sword of Conan, + Marvel and DC comics such as Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Hulk, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, etc. * Also love: Rudy Nebres, Frank Frazetta, Vicente Segrelles, Esteban Maroto, JosĂ© Ortiz, Luis GarcĂa, Richard Corben, my fellow Galician JosĂ© Luis GarcĂa LĂłpez, and many other fabulous illustrators * Graciñas a Amaro polo seu colgante gĂłtico e por coñecer por el a primeira canciĂłn * The Ralph Lauren model reminds me of Isa Rebollido, from Boiro band SĂndrome de Estocolmo * I'm in a very nostalgic mood, and I want to send all my love to my three Oliver Street School teachers Janice Bottino, Don Daborn and Paul Mustacchio. * Greetings to my Seton Hall Prep classmate Matthew Colacurto, who has found me through this video. Feb 5, 2008 - Dear Nirva: yesterday I spent all day at the Santiago de Compostela hospital with my mom, who was operated on her foot. The surgeons and nurses were wonderful. All the same, it was a very tense day, so this morning, back at home, it was great to find your comment. I really appreciate it. You are a fine girl.

I don't like hospitals, my father had a few hospital situations as well, so I know how it feels, keep your spirit up, Ohh I am so glad that at least I helped a little bit... take care

Feb 5, 2008 - Hi again. Thank you. My mom seems to be doing fine. Now she has to get a little shot in her stomach for a month. She fell when she was a girl and she's always had operations and problems with her feet. From now on she'll probably be a bit better. It can be terrifying to be in them, of course, but I love hospitals, btw. They are very sacred places

Feb 5, 2008 - I don't have good memories in hospitals, but if you want to look at the bright side they all turnedout to be good, so I guess you are right.. the shot sounds very painful, I hope she will be alright, my prayers and thoughts are with you, take care..

Feb 5, 2008 - People are born, they fight for their life and they pass away in hospitals. In them, men and women from many places - they are scared children inside - interact with those doctors and nurses and aides that mean so much for the health of society. A message of love to them, who are entrusted with a sacred mission.

Feb 12, 2008 - Thanks so much for watching and for asking. I just talked to my mom. Her foot is a bit swollen because she was standing too much time, but she's fine. She's very active and she misses being able walk around.
